HE IS ALIVE! HE AROSE! HE LIVES FOREVER!

Jesus gives his followers a promise: “Because I live you shall live also,” John 14:19). We will have life after death because He had life after death. We celebrate Easter because Christ’s resurrection is the guarantee of our resurrection, (1 Thessalonians 4:13-18). Scripture says that “Jesus is the first to conquer death and through Him we will all follow. Christ the first fruit: “For as in Adam all die, so in Christ all will be made alive, (1 Corinthians 15:22). Rejoice! He lives! I will continue my celebration in church today! Happy Easter Sunday!

Passion Week/Holy Week! (Palm Sunday to Easter Sunday)

It is Good Friday! Jesus said… “Just as Moses lifted up the snake in the desert, so the Son of Man must be lifted up, that everyone who believes in him may have eternal life. For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because he has not believed in the name of God’s one and only Son. This is the verdict: Light has come into the world, but men loved darkness instead of light because their deeds were evil,” (John 3:14-19, NIV). “Believe” means more than knowing there is a God. “Believe” means renouncing sin, turning away from sin by asking God’s forgiveness and accept Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord of your life. Then live a life according to the precepts of God’s Holy Word. “If anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come! All this is from God, who reconciled us to himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation: that God was reconciling the world to himself in Christ, not counting men’s sins against them,” (2 Corinthians 5:17, NIV). Celebrate this day with thanksgiving to God for His endless and divine love to you and me.

A GOD OF BEGINNINGS!

A GOD OF BEGINNINGS! Genesis 1, John 1 & Revelation 21 (January, 2014)

“And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new… I am Alpha and O’mega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely,” (Revelation 21:5–7). “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him; and without him was not anything made that was made. In him was life, and the life was the light of men… v14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth,” (John 11-14).  

Begin this New Year, 2014, with God. Lay all your plans at the feet of Jesus and allow the Master of beginnings to take care of them for you. “In all thy ways acknowledge God and He shall direct thy paths,” (Proverbs 3:6). Praise God every opportunity you get for that was His purpose for creating you and me, to glorify him.

I am praying that 2014 brings you more joy than sorrow;

More love than hate; more prosperity than lack; more boldness than cowardice; more peace than turmoil; and an abundance of wisdom.

Remember: “God always has something for you!

A key for every problem
A light for every shadow

A relief for every sorrow
A plan for every tomorrow”
